Introducing the Teacher Wellbeing Awards

At What2Learn CPD, we’re committed to providing high-quality, impactful training to schools across the UK. As the organisation behind the Online Safety Alliance (OSA), we are excited to announce the launch of our latest initiative: the Teacher Wellbeing Alliance.

The Teacher Wellbeing Alliance Awards—offering Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels—are designed to recognise and celebrate schools and organisations that actively support staff wellbeing. Participating schools will not only enhance workplace morale and retention but also demonstrate their commitment to staff wellbeing, reinforcing their reputation as great places to work.

A key part of this initiative is our Resilient Schools Wellbeing Package, which has been developed by leading experts Dr. Matt Slavin, a Clinical Psychologist specialising in teacher burnout and resilience, and Steph Hawkins, an education wellbeing specialist and school consultant. Their CPD-accredited training equips schools with evidence-based strategies to foster a healthier, more supportive working environment. We’re proud to share that this package has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Education Resources Awards 2025, recognising its impact in supporting staff wellbeing.

As a special opportunity, partner schools of the OSA are being given priority access to take part in the Teacher Wellbeing Awards. If your school is part of the OSA network, this is your chance to be among the first to showcase your commitment to staff wellbeing and gain national recognition for your efforts.
